Last weekend, we took part in the Main-Echo company football cup in Obernau for the first time - and were delighted! In front of around 700 spectators, we were able to show how much fun it is to kick a ball around with colleagues and bring our team spirit to the pitch. ‘We didn't do much preparation, it's just the desire to kick a ball, that's why we're here.’ It was precisely this attitude that carried us through the day and took us all the way to the quarter-finals. There we were ultimately beaten by the eventual tournament winners Teamlog.
The excellently organised tournament made for an all-round successful day that left us wanting more, both on and off the pitch. We would like to thank the event team for the perfect organisation and are already looking forward to the next time - because after this event, our enjoyment of playing together on the pitch has grown!
